We’ll move through affirmations, sound, and intention centered around taking up space and heart opening for love.

On May 14th 7Pm EST to 8PM EST , Toni Jones will host a one-hour virtual affirmation sound bath as a space to reconnect with yourself and shift the way you speak to and see yourself. Through guided affirmations and immersive sound, you’ll begin to release limiting inner dialogue, soften the voice of your inner critic, and open into a more supportive, expansive way of being.
